- This machine is suitable for sanding the primer surface.
- First, horizontal sanding is done for horizontal sanding of the board, then soft rubber roller and sanding pad are used for longitudinal sanding, diagonal sanding. The segmental main sanding table can perform segmental sanding on the workpiece to ensure good sanding effect.
- The machine is controlled by PLC, operated by touch screen, equipped with automatic warning device, the screen shows the error clearly at a glance, helping to quickly identify the faulty device for quick handling. .
- The dust collector must be turned on before the sanding machine runs, the external resistance of the dust collector pipe should be less than 106 Ω, the required air flow of the machine is: 15000m3/h, the actual pressure is 2300Pa and Wind speed is 15 ~ 20m/s.
